E Species Fact Sheets This is an excellent resource! It explains the "Endangered Species Act" and how it is designed to protect certain species from extinction. Animals are listed by continent, with description, size, diet, population, range, behavior, threats and links.   


San Diego Zoo You will find lots of animals here.  Also check out the kid resource center as well.  This site also has a lot of animal cameras.  This allows you to see an animal in its habitat.
